OK...I really, *REALLY* want to win this!!! LOL! Those clusters are great!

My favourite nut is probably the walnut. They're so crisp, yet buttery! And baking is my #1 way to use them. I think they pair perfectly with chocolate. YUM!

PS...don't know if I mentioned it already, but I love your new header!

I love a lot of nuts so it's hard to pick, but cashews are probably my favorite. I love them in all kinds of ways: in granola, to crust fish or tofu, etc. Straight out of the bag has got to be the best way though. :-)

Cashews are my favorite, but I don't let myself buy them, since I eat them too fast!

Oh my God. Do you know I'm the Queen of Nuts? I eat nuts every single day, like 2 cups at least. My absolute favorite would have to be roasted almonds, pistachios a close second, and then cashews. I LOVE them just scattered on top of oats. And I keep on throwing them on top as soon as I finish the top layer of nuts. lol.

I already posted...boo...I'm gonna tweet though!

I love almonds! My favorite way is to just eat them plain for a mid-afternoon snack, but a little almond butter drizzled on my oatmeal in the morning is also pretty delicious!

I love using cashews to make homemade larabars, but all nuts are delicious--it's hard to choose a favorite.

i LOVE raw almonds! while they're good with just about anything, i just like them dry toasted on my pan just until they start smelling nutty and eating them warm and toasty ;)
