Happy Easter!

 

Just wanted to “hop” by and say Happy Easter to all my wonderful blog readers!

I am headed north to be with the family today & we have a great  menu planned.

-Spiral Ham

-Mashed Potatoes

-Chive and Lemon Roasted Veggies

-Cheesy Cornbread Muffins

-Dinner Rolls

-Lean Green Bean Casserole

-Wild Rice Stuffing

-Tossed Salad

-Assorted Cupcakes

    I'm invited right? Right!?!?

    Everything sounds delicious, but my favorite thing at meals like this is always the bread. For example - cheesy cornbread muffins! YES PLEASE! And seriously, just plain old dinner rolls make me ridiculously happy. Slathered with butter, of course.

    happy belated easter! that menu sounds delicious. chive and lemon roasted veggies sound really good...never thought to pair those ingredients together!

    Hope your Easter was just perfect! Great menu....I'd be all over the Cheesy Cornbread Muffins and your cupcakes (of course!).
